當總體帳戶資金(已結算資金+總浮動損益) 與實際操作資金數值變動達此欄位設定值(%)時，將總體帳戶資金數值更新到實際操作資金(reinvestment)

如果設定 10，代表當（已結算資金+總浮動損益）與上述實際操作資金欄位 差 正負 10% 時，實際操作資金將會自動被更新成 （已結算資金+總浮動損益）

如果想自行使用切割的方式，例如已結算資金是 2000000，但只想切割出 800000於這個專案使用，可以將此實際操作資金步進調整設定一個很大的數值，例如 999 這樣實際操作資金就會維持在切割的數值
